Sionsharfe: Monatsblätter für katholische Poesie
The magazine 'Sionsharfe' was founded around 1876 by Johann Martin Schleyer (1831-1912), then pastor in Litzelstetten near Konstanz. In 1879 he used the 'Sionsharfe' to present his planned language Volapük to the public for the first time. Thus the 'Entwurf einer Weltsprache und Weltgrammatik für die Gebildeten aller Völker der Erde' appeared as a supplement to the magazine. It is made available with the support of the Martinus-Bibliothek Mainz, which has made its holdings, that are according to current knowledge to this extent unique in the world, available for digitization.
